System here refers to Jira

  • To continue with the integration you are configuring, it is important that you configure Jira correctly onto OpsHub Integration Manager.
    • In the system configuration page, fill the requisite details.

How to find Jira’s version

To fetch the details of database on which JIRA is configured:

  • Log in into Jira as a user with the Jira administrators global permissions.

  • On the left menu bar, under System, click the System Information link.
  • Under Jira Info section on the right panel, find Version.
