To access systems deployed on HTTPS from OpsHub Integration Manager download HTTP Certificate in machine where OpsHub Integration Manager is deployed.

Click on the lock icon shown on the upper left side of the address bar. Note: If any hierarchy present in the certificate, then all the certificates are to be exported.

Import HTTPS Certificate

Now, import the downloaded certificate into OpsHub Integration Manager server, following are the steps to import.

  • Open Command Prompt with Administrator privileges. Right click on cmd.exe and select Run as Administrator.
  • Navigate to
    <<OpsHub_Installation_Directory>>\OpsHub_Resources\jre\bin folder.
  • Run the following command:
    keytool – importcert -alias <<certificate alias>> -keystore “OpsHub_Installation_Directory\OpsHub_Resources\jre\lib\security\cacerts” -file “Certificate_Location\Certificate filename.extension”
    For e.g.: keytool –importcert –alias httpscertifcate –keystore “C:\Program Files\OpsHub\OpsHub_Resources\jre\lib\security\cacerts” –file “C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\certifcate.crt”.
  • Click the Enter key, you will be prompted to enter password. Enter password. (Default key store password for OpsHub Integration Manager is “changeit”)
  • Type yes, when asked for Trust this certificate?
  • Restart the OpsHub Server.
